My Wish For You: A Visit Home
June 24, 2008
Today I wish for you to return to the home in your heart.
Everyone has a home, be it the place they grew up, a new home just built or bought, or a love they have known.
Today I wish for you to remember that place. Return to it. Whether physically visiting your old stomping grounds or closing your eyes and remembering every corner or crevice of a tree, or the lines of his or her face….return to it.
I wish you many warm and wonderful memories of what you know to be home. Keep it sacred in your heart. Never forget. Remember the laughter, the tears, the pain, the good times, the silent moments. And always remember it will remain forever.
Today I wish for you to return to the home of your heart…and may you breathe in all that made you….you.
All my love,
Kelley Taylor
My Wish For You: Good Drive Time
June 3, 2008
If you have to drive, whether it’s for a long distance or a short ride, I wish for you good solid driving time where you can look around and notice where you’ve been, how far you’ve come, and where you are today.
I wish for you the knowledge and security of knowing where you are going, and the stamina to make it there.
I wish for you everything you need to make your ride comfortable – whether it’s cool air conditioning or warm heat at your feet, a fresh bottle of water, and goodies for a long drive or a quick pick me up.
I wish for you great background music to keep you company. I hope you can find a great radio station or better yet, that you packed your iPod or your favorite CD’s.
I wish for you a freshly charged battery in your cell phone in case of emergency or just when you need to reach out to a friend because you thought of them.
I wish for you safety. I want you to get safely where it is you need to go.
And should anything happen, I wish for you calmness and surety that you will meet any obstacle that comes your way. You’ll get through it. Just breathe.
I wish for you good drive time. May your heart and soul hum as the rubber meets the road. Take in all the sights and sounds. This is your one and wonderful life. Navigate it. Drive it. It’s all open road from here.
My Wish For You: Breathless Moments
May 4, 2008
I wish many breathless moments for you today. No, not always the romantic butterfly-in-the-stomach-can’t-breathe moments (of course I wish those for you as well) but those tiny moments in your day where you stop, breathe it all in, and wonder in amazement how beautiful the small things in life can be.
I wish for you a time where you can be still while the world rushes around you. I wish for you to not want to escape from it, but to honor it’s craziness while it’s here. What a ride.
I wish for you a silent moment, when you can look into the flame of a candle and disappear in thought at how life can throw you some curve balls, and you can come out on the other side triumphant.
I wish for you a moment when you realize just how special you really are. A time, a moment, when you know you really matter…to many.
May you always have a moment that simply takes your breath away whether by your own hand, a child, friend, or a phone call. Or maybe a breathless moment by reading just the right passage, quote, or book that falls into your lap at the right time. May you have that AHA moment when you want it the most.
Here’s to breathless moments. Have a billion of them. And enjoy your life.
From my heart to yours,
Kelley Taylor
My wish for you: courage to fight the good fight
April 28, 2008
I wish for you a moment where you reach in and know you’ll overcome anything thrown at you.
I wish for you a day, a circumstance, an occasion where you rise up and meet challenges life gives you, willingly. I want you to realize in that moment, you are not beaten. You can stand once again.
I wish for you to know the difference between being a warrior and being a fighter.
I wish you no bitter ends, may you only experience battles worthy of you and your power within. And may you learn how look at each situation and glean the lessons that will make you ready for the next battle ahead.
I wish for you to know in your heart what you’re worth, what you will fight for, what your convictions are, and what you will die trying to do while here on earth.
I wish for you to be known as a fighter…in a good way. A very good way.
I wish for you all the love in the world and strength in knowing, I believe in you. I’ll be chanting your name and pumping my fists in the air for you.
You can do anything, overcome anything. Reach inside, come out blazing, do it.
With a burning heart,

Kelley Taylor

My Wish For You: Productivity
April 14, 2008
I wish for you a day full of productivity! May you accomplish all you desire today.
As Paul J. Meyer once said, “Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.”
To productivity!
All my love,

My Wish For You: Strength
April 7, 2008
I wish for you today all the strength you need.

my wish for you: kisses when you feel blue
April 2, 2008
Today, I wish for you soft kisses and hugs when you’re just not feeling up to par.
Whether it’s stress or sickness, a heavy weight on your shoulders or thoughts in your mind, circumstances, or just you yourself getting in your own way… I wish for you all the love in the world.
Give yourself a break. Sink into the feeling that you know somewhere out there you are loved. Let it settle into your bones.
I promise, it will pass. Till then, many warm wishes to you…
From my heart to yours,

Kelley
I’m PREGNANT
April 1, 2008
I wish for you to find lots of laughs today.
Look for ways to spark that inner child in you and pull an April Fool’s Day prank on someone you love, or better yet, someone you just met. It’s always good to cut loose and be free to be goofy for at least one day of the year (as opposed to my every day of the year)!Hey, we’re never too old to laugh till our sides hurt.
Just think, somewhere, in a cafeteria, in my town, there is a little boy who is opening his lunchbox with a note enclosed saying:
Hey, the teacher called me to come and perform a song and dance from High School Musical for your class. I didn’t want to sweat off my makeup so you’ll be glad to know I’m not wearing any AND I found my sweatpants from 1988 I can wear! They have just a few holes in them but I think they’ll be fine. See you soon!Love,Mom
(Don’t worry. On the flip side I put, “APRIL FOOL’S.” So no, you won’t be hearing a scream around the world.)
Love ya, love ya, love ya….

Forgiveness for Yourself
January 21, 2008
My wish for you is for you to find forgiveness for yourself.
For once, or the millionth time, be kind to yourself – be compassionate – and really admit where you failed or fell short, missed the mark, or messed up.
Admit it, accept it, forgive yourself, and promise to try to do better.
Find forgiveness somewhere in your heart for all of the things you just plain ol forgot, messed up, or did way in the past.
Often, when you practice forgiveness of yourself, you’ll be able to overcome whatever it is that’s holding you back from being the person you were meant to become.
Because…you were meant to be great.
All my love to you,
Kelley
